For Non-University Members

The PSU App does not collect any personal information from individuals who are not affiliated with Prince of Songkla University.

For University Students and Staff

For students and staff, the PSU App may access and display information already stored in the university's internal systems, including:

• Academic records and schedules
• University-related notifications and announcements

This information is used only to provide university services and is not newly collected, sold, or shared for marketing purposes.

Health Data (PSU Health Module)

PSU Health is an optional mini-application within the PSU App, designed to support health monitoring for students and staff. The use of PSU Health is entirely voluntary. If users do not access or use the PSU Health menu, no health-related data will be collected or processed.

If users choose to use PSU Health, the following personal information may be collected directly from the user:

• Age
• Weight
• Height
• Exercise/activity data

How We Use Your Information

General University Services

The data accessed by the PSU App is used solely to provide university-related services, including:

• Displaying academic records and schedules
• Providing access to university notifications and announcements
• Facilitating communication between the university and its members

Health Services (PSU Health)

Health data collected via PSU Health is used for:

• Analyzing health trends among PSU students and staff
• Supporting health and wellness initiatives within the university

All health data is strictly used within Prince of Songkla University and is never disclosed, shared, or sold to any external parties.

Data Retention and Deletion

Personal data is retained only as long as necessary to provide services and fulfill university or legal obligations. Health data collected via PSU Health is retained for internal health monitoring and wellness purposes.
